            Saharchat is an anonymous chat application. We collect minimal data and prioritize your privacy above all else.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Anonymous User Data

User ID: A randomly generated identifier (not linked to your real identity)
Avatar: Your chosen animal emoji (🐪🦅🦌🦊🐱🐎)
Gender Selection: Optional, used only for audience filtering
Age Confirmation: We only verify you're 18+, no birthdate stored

1.2 Content You Create

Whispers: Text posts (auto-deleted after 24 hours)
Messages: Chat messages (auto-deleted after 6 hours)
Reactions: Gahwa (coffee) given to whispers

1.3 Technical Data

Device Token: For push notifications (if enabled)
Language Preference: Your chosen language (English/Arabic)
Premium Status: Subscription status via RevenueCat
Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics via Firebase Analytics

2. What We DON'T Collect

❌ Photos of you

3. How We Use Information

Service Delivery: To enable anonymous chatting and whispers
Safety: To enforce community guidelines and block reported users
Notifications: To send message alerts (if you opt-in)
Improvements: Anonymous analytics to improve the app
Monetization: To show ads and manage premium subscriptions

4. Data Retention

            ⏰ Automatic Deletion Policy

            • Whispers: Deleted after 24 hours (7 days for premium)

            • Messages: Deleted after 6 hours (48 hours for premium)

            • User Account: Deleted when you uninstall the app

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your data. Third-party services we use:

Firebase (Google): Database and authentication
RevenueCat: Subscription management
AdMob: Advertisement delivery

These services have their own privacy policies and may collect anonymous data.

6. Your Rights

Delete Everything: Simply uninstall the app
Block Users: Control who can interact with you
Filter Content: Set your own NG words
Disable Notifications: Control in app settings
Report Content: Help us maintain a safe community

7. Children's Privacy

Saharchat is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Age verification is required during onboarding.

8. Security

🔐 No passwords to leak (anonymous authentication)
🔐 Regular security updates

9. International Users

Data is processed and stored in Google Cloud servers, which may be located in various countries. By using Saharchat, you consent to data transfer across borders.

10. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be notified through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. GDPR Compliance (EU Users)

Legal Basis: Legitimate interest & consent
Right to Access: You can view all your data in the app
Right to Erasure: Uninstall the app to delete everything
Data Portability: Not applicable (anonymous data)
Right to Object: Disable features in settings
