📜 Saharchat Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Saharchat ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Saharchat.

• Anonymous Account: Your account is anonymous and tied to your device
• No Recovery: If you uninstall the app, your account cannot be recovered
• One Account: Each device can have one account at a time
• No Transfer: Accounts cannot be transferred between devices
• Your Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity on your account

4. Acceptable Use

✅ You MAY:

• Share thoughts, feelings, and experiences anonymously
• Engage in respectful conversations
• Express yourself freely within community guidelines
• Report inappropriate content or users
• Use filters to customize your experience

❌ You MAY NOT:

• Harass or Bully: No threatening, abusive, or harassing behavior
• Share Personal Info: Don't share phone numbers, addresses, social media
• Sexual Content: No explicit sexual content or solicitation
• Illegal Activities: No planning or promoting illegal activities
• Spam: No repetitive messages or commercial promotion
• Impersonation: Don't pretend to be someone you're not
• Hate Speech: No discrimination based on race, religion, gender, etc.
• Self-Harm: No promotion of self-harm or suicide
• Minors: No content involving minors in any inappropriate context

5. Content Ownership & License

• Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create
• License to Us: You grant us a license to display your content in the app
• Ephemeral Nature: Content automatically deletes (24h whispers, 6h messages)
• No Guarantee: We don't guarantee content preservation
• Public Nature: Whispers are visible to all users (based on audience settings)

Subscription Terms:

• Billing: Charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account
• Auto-Renewal: Automatically renews unless cancelled 24h before period ends
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime through App Store or Google Play
• Free Trial: 3-day free trial for new subscribers
• Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days notice
• Refunds: Handled by Apple/Google per their policies

7. Virtual Currency (Dates 🌴)

• Earning: Daily login, watching ads, posting whispers
• Spending: Skip ads, temporary premium features
• No Cash Value: Dates have no real money value
• Non-Transferable: Cannot be transferred between accounts
• Expiration: Dates don't expire but are lost if app is uninstalled

8. Privacy & Data

• We collect minimal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy
• Your anonymity is protected - we don't know who you are
• Messages and whispers auto-delete
• Uninstalling the app deletes all your data

9. Intellectual Property

• Our Property: The Saharchat app, logo, and design are our property
• Third-Party: Respect others' intellectual property rights
• DMCA: We respond to valid copyright infringement notices

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAHARCHAT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Saharchat harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising from your use of the app, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

13. Modifications to Service

• We may modify or discontinue features at any time
• We may update these Terms with 30 days notice
• Continued use after changes means acceptance
• Major changes will be notified in-app

14. Termination

• By You: Uninstall the app at any time
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate Terms
• Effect: Termination ends your right to use the app
• Survival: Some provisions survive termination (liability, indemnity, etc.)

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
